Chakra means "wheel" in Sanskrit and is used in yoga.
From the base of the spinal cord to the top of the head, there are seven chakras in the human body, and it is believed that energy flows in and out of these chakras to create vitality. In order to get closer to the ideal soul and body, I will look at the balance of the chakras, which are the energy centers of the body, and give advice on how to improve them.
